I have many ringer apps and they usually are not compatible with my iPhone but this one finally works! Easy to use I highly recommend it!

.... Is an understatement. I used to use Audacity. Now, even though I still need a computer, hopefully one of these days we wont, it is very simple to create a ringtone and avoid crazy charges to buy one from your provider. Try it!!!
